Overview

Reminger's Trucking and Commercial Transportation Group is a nationally recognized leader in the defense of commercial transportation risks from the routine to the catastrophic.

Reminger's Transportation Defense Practice Group is the firm's original practice area. Initially, our founder, Dick Reminger, exclusively defended truck companies and their insurers. Over the following 60 years, our transportation practice has grown to become a nationally recognized leader in the defense of commercial transportation risks, from the routine to the catastrophic. In fact, our practice group has received a "National Tier One Ranking" by U.S. News and World Report for multiple consecutive years. The Transportation Group is composed of lawyers in our offices throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Our practice group lawyers have extensive trial experience in various specialized areas of transportation losses. This includes not only losses involving long-haul tractor trailers, but also commercial delivery vehicles, emergency response vehicles, paratransit vehicles, service utility vehicles, livery vehicles, rideshare vehicles, taxis, and buses.

Our Trucking and Commercial Transportation attorneys are active members of industry organizations such as TIDA, the Transportation Lawyers Association, the ATA, DRI's Trucking Section and the ABA Transportation Committee. We are frequent presenters at client and peer seminars.

Testimonials

I have been managing trucking liability personal injury claims for over 30 years. I can safely say that the Reminger firm knows trucking liability. Frank Leonetti and Jim Turek are absolute “top shelf” lawyers. They know the business and the risks.
-George, Senior Liability Adjuster

I can honestly say that as a group, the Reminger lawyers know the trucking risk and resolution from start to finish. Kevin Foley in Columbus and John Dunn in Ft. Mitchell are stellar in their service and results.
-Charles, Casualty Claims Supervisor
