Overview

Tyler is a shareholder in Reminger Co., LPA’s Louisville and Lexington offices. He focuses his practice on Employment Law and Professional Liability. He has experience in state and federal court, before professional licensure boards, and arbitration before AAA and FINRA. Tyler regularly handles employment litigation, dental and medical malpractice claims, assisted living and nursing home abuse litigation, and professional liability matters for accountants, medical providers, and real estate brokers, agents, and inspectors.

Prior to joining Reminger, he litigated employment, professional liability, construction, breach of contract, commercial trucking, and security and suitability claims.

Representative Experience

Successfully prosecuted a sub-contractor’s change order claim against the general contractor during a bench trial. The general contractor’s actions were so egregious the Court awarded the sub’s attorney’s fees for bad faith.

Successfully defended medical and dental professionals in state and federal jury trials and before licensure boards

Represented long-term care facilities in wrongful death litigation, nursing home abuse, and personal injury claims

Defended Registered Financial Professionals against Employment Claims before FINRA.

Obtained Summary Judgment for an employer accused of disability discrimination.

Defended a Fortune 50 company in a complex securities class action.
