Reminger employs nearly 400 attorneys, paralegals, and other professional staff at our 14 offices located throughout the Midwest.
We are proud to have been selected as a Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio ten years in a row, including being named the #1 Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio among midsized companies in 2015, 2016, and 2018.
We were also ranked as one of the “Top 10 Best Midsize Law Firms to Work For” list multiple years by Vault, a career information website that provides rankings and reviews based on feedback from employer surveys. We were also named to Vault’s annual “Top 150 Under 150” list, which highlights the “best-known and most sought after law firms with fewer than 150 attorneys.”
We attribute our success to having worked hard to facilitate an environment that makes employees feel like family.

Laterals & Lateral Practices
Reminger frequently hires experienced practicing attorneys who underscore our reputation for stellar client service and great results. With a legacy spanning more than 60 years, our firm's practice areas have grown to accommodate clients at various levels - Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and individuals. That means that we welcome laterals with a diverse range of knowledge and skill sets.
There are many opportunities for attorneys to flourish at our firm. We provide our attorneys with a collaborative environment that rewards entrepreneurship and hard work. We strive to provide all the support you need in order to grow your client base and deliver excellent service, a hallmark on which our firm is founded.
At Reminger, we give our law clerks meaningful work for actual clients in each of our practice groups. We offer our clerks an opportunity to learn what the practice of law is like for a young associate. They carry out wide ranging assignments from drafting legal research memos and motions for summary judgment to attending arbitrations and trials. Our law clerks work in a rotation system with a revolving group of lawyers and practice groups allowing for mentoring, feedback and oversight from all of the lawyers in our firm.
Reminger typically hires laws clerks during fall/winter of their second year in law school. Law clerks work on a year round basis, rather than the traditional 'summer associate' positions available at other firms. Our student law clerks work part time during the school year and full time during the summer months. We believe strongly that the additional time spent with the firm allows our law clerks ample opportunity to excel. This arrangement allows us the chance to assess the potential of our law clerks to become talented lawyers.
Reminger is always seeking talented and ambitious individuals who would like to serve on our professional staff. Paralegals, legal nurse consultants, billing coordinators, executive legal assistants, and information technology positions are some of the opportunities that we seek to fill in various offices.
We believe in dedication and an entrepreneurial spirit, qualities in individuals that have helped establish Reminger as a top-tier provider of legal services.
