Shelby Sanford

Shelby Sanford is an associate in Reminger Co. LPA’s Louisville office. Her practice focuses on various types of tort defense. Prior to joining Reminger, Shelby worked for a Kentucky and Ohio based firm where her practice focused on all aspects and types of personal injury litigation, as well as property and casualty insurance disputes, including bad faith claims.

As a law student Shelby was very involved with the Chase National Trial Team and the Student Bar Association as a representative and later, as the Secretary. Additionally, Shelby was an active participant in the Chase Public Advocacy Coalition and the Chase Legal Association of Women.

Of note is that Shelby co-authored an article for the Northern Kentucky Bar Association’s November 2024 publication of the Lex Loci. The article is entitled, “Matching: Do Insurance companies Have to maintain Aesthetic?”
