Overview

Quiyarra McCahey is an associate attorney in Reminger’s Lexington office. She focuses her practice in the following areas: General Liability, Retail & Hospitality, Trucking and Commercial Transportation, and Employment Practices Defense.

Prior to joining Reminger, Quiyarra clerked for United States District Judge Claria Horn Boom in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and United States Magistrate Judge Colin H. Lindsay in the Western District of Kentucky.

Quiyarra attended the University of California, Irvine School of Law as a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and graduated with High Honors for her pro bono work. During law school, Quiyarra placed in the Moot Court Competition and served as a staff editor for the school’s Law Review and Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law.
