Technological advances in the last two decades have transformed how we travel, how we do business, and how we communicate. The Reminger Report Podcast: Emerging Technologies will examine how these changes in technology and business models affect our daily lives, and how the law is adapting to respond to these changes. 

Hosts, Zachary Pyers and Kenton Steele, co-teach a newly developed course on Ridesharing and Autonomous Vehicle Litigation at Capital University School of Law.

Zachary is a Partner in our Columbus, Ohio office, and actively practices throughout Ohio and West Virginia. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including complex and class action litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, professional liability, and catastrophic loss. Zach also practices in the area of emerging technologies, having written and spoken extensively on the intersection of tort law with advancing technologies and changing business models.

Kenton is based in our Columbus office and actively practices throughout Ohio and West Virginia. His practice is focused on matters involving professional liability, including medical malpractice, long-term care, and insurance agents. Kenton also is heavily involved in matters related to emerging technologies, having written and spoken extensively on the intersection of tort law with advancing technologies and changing business models.
