Estate and Trust Dispute Center of Ohio

Reminger Co., LPA is delighted to share that Shana DeMooy has been selected to join the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law Section Council.

The Council is responsible for identifying and assessing issues and trends related to estate planning, trust, and probate law across Ohio. The Section Council is also responsible for drafting proposed legislation and rule changes affecting the probate practice, to be considered and eventually enacted by the General Assembly and Ohio Supreme Court. The Section Council is comprised of Ohio’s most distinguished estate and trust attorneys, the majority of whom are planners and administrators.

Shana is a partner in Reminger’s Columbus office, where she focuses on probate estate and trust disputes, matters of undue influence and financial exploitation, breach of fiduciary duty and fiduciary removal claims, estate and trust administrations, and guardianships.
