ACTEC is a national organization of trust and estate lawyers and law professors who have been elected by their peers in recognition of having made outstanding contributions to the practice of trust and estate law. The election process involves having an-already admitted Fellow sponsor you and then a lengthy application and nomination process.
With membership, Jess joins an elite group of approximately 2,300 national and international Fellows who take part in three meetings per year to share thought leadership, attend seminars and committee meetings, and develop this area of law.
