Overview

The Elder and Special Needs Group is committed to providing compassionate and efficient legal service to elderly individuals and their families, as well as families of children with special needs and disabled individuals.

We understand the delicate yet complex issues that these individuals and families face when trying to plan for matters involving medical care, treatment, and finances. Our services include:

  • Medicaid Planning
  • Veterans Benefits
  • Asset Protection
  • Special Needs Planning

In addition, we can assist with estate planning, probate and estate administration, and guardianship issues.

We believe in educating our clients regarding their options, then guiding them by offering solutions to help provide peace of mind.

Our approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals and their families involves creating a plan tailored to our client’s specific needs. Depending on the client’s situation, that could mean long-term care planning, asset protection, exploring benefits eligibility requirements, or other related matters that can have a significant impact on quality of life.

When working with families who have specials needs children, we employ a similar customized approach. Our goal is to educate clients about the many benefit programs available, and to assist with planning that incorporates asset protection and other helpful legal strategies.

Our team is available for consultation and guidance, as well as for the development of specific plans.
