CLEVELAND, OH – Reminger has elevated seven attorneys to shareholder status: Chad Beck, Steven Chang, Tighe Estes, Daniel Egger, Samuel Meadows, Kenton Steele, and Matthew Taulbee. 

Chad Beck

Chad practices in Reminger’s Cleveland office where he focuses on medical malpractice defense. Chad has successfully defended a wide range of medical professionals in malpractice lawsuits, including family medicine physicians, emergency medicine physicians, neurologists, surgeons, physician assistants, and labor and delivery nurses. Prior to joining Reminger in 2021, he worked at a firm in Seattle, Washington practicing medical malpractice defense and general defense litigation.

Steven Chang

Steven practices in Reminger’s Columbus office, where he focuses on a wide variety of legal matters including complex commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, insurance coverage/bad faith, and professional liability. Prior to joining Reminger, Steven was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm, where he practiced complex commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, and general business litigation.

Tighe Estes

Practicing in Reminger's Lexington office, Tighe focuses on administrative law, representing employers in state and federal proceedings involving complex medical and insurance issues, with the majority of his practice focusing on pulmonary issues. In doing so, he has appeared before the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Sixth and Tenth Circuits of the Federal Courts of Appeals. Tighe also represents small businesses in collections proceedings.

Daniel Egger

Dan is based in Reminger’s Cleveland office, where his practice focuses on a variety of areas including medical malpractice, health care law, and long-term care. Dan joined Reminger as a law clerk in 2015, and has gained experience in many stages of litigation, including pleadings, various forms of motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and trial.

Samuel Meadows

Sam is based in Reminger’s Cleveland office, where his practice focuses on a variety of areas including trucking and commercial transportation, general liability, and medical malpractice.  Sam joined Reminger in 2017 as a law clerk and gained experience in many stages of litigation, including pleadings, various forms of motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Reminger, Sam clerked at Panther Premium Logistics, the most profitable subsidiary of ArcBest. Sam's experience provided him with a greater appreciation and increased understanding of transportation and logistics law.

Kenton Steele

Kenton is based in Reminger's Columbus office, and actively practices throughout Ohio and West Virginia. His practice is focused on matters involving professional liability, including medical malpractice, long-term care, and insurance agents. Kenton also frequently represents clients in insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation, and general liability personal injury cases. Kenton also is heavily involved in matters related to emerging technologies, having written and spoken extensively on the intersection of tort law with advancing technologies and changing business models.

Matthew Taulbee

Matthew practices in Reminger’s Fort Mitchell and Lexington offices. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of trucking and commercial transportation, products liability, and insurance defense litigation. Matthew has more than 15 years of experience in litigation involving creditors' rights, real estate matters, appellate practice, and other areas of law in Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan. He has represented clients in all 88 Ohio counties and nearly every one of Kentucky’s 120 counties, as well as, all federal districts in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
