Overview
Chad is a shareholder in Reminger Co. LPA’s Cleveland office where he focuses on medical malpractice defense. Chad has practiced law since 2006 and has focused almost exclusively on medical malpractice defense since 2017. Chad has represented and successfully defended a wide range of medical professionals and healthcare providers in malpractice lawsuits, including but not limited to family medicine physicians, emergency medicine physicians, OB/GYN physicians, orthopedists, neurologists, surgeons, physician assistants, and nurses.
Prior to joining Reminger Co., LPA in 2021, he worked at a firm in Seattle, Washington from 2017 to 2021 practicing medical malpractice defense and general defense litigation. Prior to 2017, Chad litigated numerous disability and workers’ compensation cases that frequently involved complex medical issues.
Chad is licensed to practice in Ohio and Washington.
