Reminger’s Probate, Trust, and Estate Litigation group is pleased to once again participate in the Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced Probate and Estate Planning Institute hosted by the Ohio State Bar Association.
Columbus partner, Shana DeMooy, will co-present "Cultural Competency and Estate Planning for a Changing World: Understanding LGBTQ+ Client Needs and Why It Matters to All Attorneys". The presentation will share tools to create culturally competent, tailored and forward-thinking estate plans.
Additionally, Paul Shugar and Jessica Forrest serve as members of this year’s planning committee.
