Overview
Frank Mazgaj, Sr. practices in Reminger Co., LPA's Akron office as Of Counsel. Mr. Mazgaj brings nearly 40 years of litigation experience and has served as lead counsel in more than 150 jury trials in state and federal courts. His practice encompasses complex civil litigation, including product and premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death claims, employment‑related litigation, construction disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, medical and legal malpractice defense, and environmental and occupational exposure claims. He has also served as an expert witness in legal malpractice and insurance claims‑handling litigation.
Frank began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary Spicer of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas while attending law school. He entered private practice in 1987 and later co‑founded the litigation firm, Hanna, Campbell & Powell, where he practiced until joining Reminger in 2026.
