CLEVELAND, OH –Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce that Julian T. Emerson has been named Co-Chair of our Architects and Engineers/Construction Liability practice group.
Julian is a shareholder based out of Reminger's Cleveland office. As it pertains to his Construction Liability practice, he has vast experience defending and prosecuting claims for and against owners, contractors, architects, and engineers. Additionally, Julian serves as Chair of the firm’s Environmental/Mass Tort/Class Action practice group, in which he represents manufacturers and suppliers in toxic tort litigation, including the representation of asbestos, silica and benzene defendants. Julian also handles a very diverse range of matters, including General Casualty and Trucking/Commercial Transportation. Julian sits on Reminger’s Diversity Committee, Mentoring Committee, Law Clerk Hiring Committee, and the Reminger Foundation Board. Julian has been recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” for the past three consecutive years, and featured as a Honoree by “Who’s Who in Black Cleveland” for the past four consecutive years.
