COLUMBUS, OH – Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce that David Krause has been named Chair of our Health Care Law Practice Group.

Based in Reminger's Columbus office, David has devoted his entire legal career to litigation. He has represented health care providers in regulatory matters before various professional boards, as well as in litigation involving contractual obligations and unfair competition. David also defends hospitals and physicians in numerous specialties as well as skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Throughout his career, he has successfully litigated hundreds of lawsuits, involving health care practice claims, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and hospital liability. He has served as first chair counsel in more than 50 jury trials throughout Ohio.

Reminger's Health Care Law Practice Group has extensive experience in the healthcare law arena, focusing on regulatory matters, business transactions, and litigation. We represent a wide array of health care providers including health care systems, hospitals, nursing homes, medical staffs, assisted living facilities, physician groups, dentists, and specialty clinics. Additionally, we represent individual health-care providers from all disciplines with regards to administrative board investigations and hearings.
