Bob covered the disciplined workflow for reading judicial opinions, the IRAC framework, holding versus dicta, issue framing, case comparison, and legal memo drafting. Bob focused the program on generative AI in paralegal work, addressing good and high-risk uses, cautionary lessons, the need and duty to verify outputs, and to consider practical guardrails and the standing orders of individual courts when using AI.
