Overview
Tricia has a statewide practice located out of the Northwest Indiana office of Reminger Co., LPA. She has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Worker’s Compensation, General Liability and Employment law defense, and is knowledgeable across multiple industries including manufacturing, transportation, retail, and construction. Tricia has a national presence in field of Worker’s Compensation serving as a trainer, speaker and mentor for numerous individuals in this practice area.
Clients describe Tricia as down-to-earth and extremely detail-oriented, with a keen ability to spot issues early on in the claims handling process, and to set a case on the best possible course from the outset. She frequently lectures on worker’s compensation and employment law topics, including best practices in workplace safety and procedures.
In her prior tenure, she served on the Management Committee and also a Worker’s Compensation Practice Group Leader of a mid-size regional law firm. Most recent prior to joining Reminger, Tricia was a partner with a well-respected Am Law 100 National firm for numerous years.
She uses her business acumen to counsel smaller local companies to large corporations on best practices in claims management, return to work issues, risk management and the importance of a positive culture in the workplace. She values community involvement helping facilitate partnerships between local businesses and charities, for the betterment of the neighboring communities. Tricia is particularly dedicated to God’s Groceries, a volunteer organization that delivers food to families in need, American Cancer Society and Friends of ABRA, Inc. Rescue Angels.
