Poojan A. Patel

Poojan Patel is an associate in Reminger's Columbus office, where he dedicates his practice to estates, trusts, probate, and guardianship law. He works with individuals, families, institutions, and organizations on a wide range of matters, including will and trust contests, fiduciary litigation, financial exploitation claims, power of attorney abuse, and guardianship proceedings.

Poojan supports clients through all phases of litigation, from early case investigation and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. He also assists clients on the transactional and administrative side issues through his practice, including estate planning, trust and probate estate administration, and guardianship representation, working alongside fiduciaries and advocating for applicants, family members, and individuals involved in guardianship matters throughout Ohio.
