Reminger is pleased to welcome Poojan Patel as an associate in the firm’s Columbus office. Poojan focuses his practice on estates, trusts, probate, and guardianship law, bringing experience representing individuals, families, institutions, and organizations in a wide range of matters.

His work includes will and trust contests, fiduciary litigation, financial exploitation claims, allegations of power of attorney abuse, and guardianship proceedings. Poojan supports clients through every stage of litigation—from initial case assessment and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

In addition to his litigation experience, Poojan assists clients with estate planning, trust and probate administration, and guardianship matters. He works closely with fiduciaries and advocates for applicants, family members, and individuals involved in guardianship proceedings across Ohio.
