Reminger Obtains Defense Verdict in Favor of Radiologist and Family Physician Practices

Reminger lawyers prevailed after a week-long medical malpractice wrongful death trial in Shelby County, Ohio. The Plaintiff claimed the Defendant physicians were negligent, which delayed the diagnosis of lung cancer and resulted in the death of a 58-year-old man.

After deliberating for 90 minutes, the jury returned a unanimous 8-0 verdict, finding that all of the Defendants provided appropriate care to the unfortunate patient.
