CLEVELAND, OH – Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce that Jennifer V. Sammon has rejoined the firm as an Of Counsel attorney in our Cleveland, Ohio office with a focus on business litigation and financial services liability.

Before returning to Reminger Co., LPA, Jennifer’s practice focused on business dispute litigation, insurance defense litigation and appellate brief writing. During the Covid-19 shutdown, she also submitted multiple business interruption briefs to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jennifer has also been trained by the Ohio Department of Education to mediate cases involving specialized education plans (IEPs) and disciplinary issues involving students and staff.

Notably, Jennifer contributed to the landmark opioid litigation against Purdue Pharma and others while serving as Counsel to the Special Master in the MDL before Judge Dan A. Polster. She assisted with review of discovery and dispositive motions across more than 1,500 consolidated federal cases and drafted orders that ultimately helped pave the way for a $17.3 billion settlement.

Please join us in welcoming Jennifer back to the firm!
