CLEVELAND, OH – We are pleased to announce that Jessica Forrest has been appointed to a three-year term as a member of OSBA’s Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Section Council. Composed of practitioners from across the state, the council meets three times a year to discuss developments in its respective area of law and works throughout the year on proposed legislation for the Ohio General Assembly to consider.

As a shareholder in our Cleveland and Akron offices, Jessica focuses her practice on matters involving probate litigation, trust disputes, estate administration, and estate planning.

She is involved in her local legal community, serving as a trial team coach for the University of Akron School of Law, a volunteer instructor at Akron Law's Summer Trial Academy, and a member of the Akron Bar Association (past chair of the Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law Section). She is a Trustee and Treasurer for Highland Square Neighborhood Association, and volunteers as a speech and debate coach and judge for her alma mater, Our Lady of the Elms High School, where she serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees.
