CLEVELAND, OH – Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce the recent naming of Julian T. Emerson as the Assistant Secretary of the William K. Thomas American Inn of Court. ‪The mission of the American Inns of Court is to advance the rule of law by achieving the highest level of professionalism through example, education and mentoring. 

Julian’s legal practice focuses on the areas of General Casualty, Professional Liability, Construction Liability, and Employment. He has experience in all levels of various courts throughout Ohio, including small claims, municipal, common pleas, federal and appellate courts. He also possesses skills handling all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation and trial. He joined Reminger in 2010 as a law clerk before becoming an attorney with the firm.

Julian also serves as an Adjunct Professor for Cleveland-Marshall College of Law's Mock Trial Team, coaching second and third year law students in trial advocacy. He is a member of various professional associations, including The Ohio State Bar Association, The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Norman S. Minor Bar Association. Julian also serves as one of Reminger’s representatives for the Cleveland Legal Aid Society’s “Partners in Justice” initiative. He has been honored as “Who’s Who in Black Cleveland” in both 2015 and 2016.
