Tim Gallagher delivered a one-hour continuing legal education (CLE) presentation to 88 attorneys across Ohio through the Ohio State Bar Association. His topic, “Paying Attorney Fees During Trust Litigation,” focused on the statutory rights related to attorney fee payments in trust disputes.
Tim discussed how the law generally favors payment of attorney fees for trustees and explained the “equalizer” statutes that allow for fee shifting in certain cases.
