Jess Forrest gave a 90-minute CLE presentation as part of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Annual Elder Law Institute. Jess’s presentation covered updates to Ohio Probate Law in 2024, expected statute changes for 2025, as well as Civil Land Sales and the use of Declaratory Judgments in Probate Court. The Institute is an annual two-day seminar that draws practitioners from around the state.
