Ralph Burnham and Kelly Ratliff presented “How Proactive Community Relations can Reduce Liability.” The presentation focused on how companies can reduce the risk of potential liability by implementing a proactive community relations program and provided recommendations for procedures before the operations begin as well as recommendations for receiving, investigating, and responding to complaints from neighboring property owners.
