Thomas Spyker presented at the Columbus Bar Association’s Trial Skills Seminar. Tom presented a defense case in a mock trial before Judge Dan Hawkins, and a live jury pool from Franklin County, Ohio. The matter involved a commercial vehicle on pedestrian collision. After two hours of deliberation, Tom secured a unanimous (mock) defense verdict.
