Chad Willits presented at an HR Legal Trends event sponsored by the SHRM affiliate Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association. Chad and two attorneys from other local firms presented on a number of topics, including the recent changes to FFCRA paid sick leave and paid emergency family medical leave programs, and unemployment compensation updates resulting from the American Rescue Plan Act.
