Overview
Shannon is a shareholder in Reminger Co., LPA’s Dayton Office. Shannon handles a diverse range of cases, including medical malpractice claims (emergency, obstetrical, gynecology, and surgical care, misdiagnoses, wrongful death, and traumatic birth injury) as well as long-term care facility defense, addressing issues such as nursing negligence, nursing home abuse, employee misconduct, and Ohio Nursing Home Patient Bill of Rights.
In addition to her expertise in medical and long-term care defense, Shannon has successfully navigated cases involving general employment issues such as wrongful termination, civil rights disputes, and discrimination claims. Furthermore, Shannon has provided counsel to clients in close corporations, shareholder disputes, business contracts, collections, and legal malpractice defense.
