Kaitlyn is an associate in Reminger’s Cleveland office. She handles a variety of legal issues, but focuses her practice on professional liability, financial services, and employment.
Kaitlyn first joined Reminger as a law clerk in 2023. She has since gained extensive practical experience working cases at various stages, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice, and trial preparation.

Dismissal obtained in a legal malpractice action stemming from an underlying high profile criminal action against a prominent Cleveland physician found guilty of health care fraud, lying to government agents, and money laundering. Plaintiff claimed malpractice against numerous attorneys who assisted in his representation, but the claims were outside of the relevant statute of limitations.
