Eric is a Shareholder in Reminger’s Cleveland office. He is an experienced litigator whose practice encompasses a wide variety of business-related civil litigation. Eric has significant jury and bench trial experience and has argued before numerous Ohio appellate courts.
Prior to joining the private sector in 2004, Eric was Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Criminal Division of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. During his tenure as an assistant prosecuting attorney, he prosecuted felony offenses ranging from low-level drug offenses to capital murder.
Eric was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010 and 2012.

Obtained motion for summary judgment in commercial litigation case involving concealment of assets, fraudulent transfers, and other improper conduct. After written discovery and several depositions, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of our clients, as well as other defendants. The trial court subsequently awarded the reimbursement of attorneys’ fees in the amount of $25,000 to our clients after finding that Plaintiff’s continued prosecution of the claims (after the completion of discovery) was frivolous.
