His undergraduate training as a civil engineer has provided an ability to take extremely complex situations and break them down into understandable concepts, along with the practical approach to problem solving that he learned from running his own family business.

Brett’s legal practice involves complicated procedural issues of administrative law, as well as complex medical issues. He is experienced in all medical issues, and particularly those involving the lungs. A rigorous defender of his clients, Brett is experienced in deposing physicians and presenting complicated medical testimony for adjudication in a readable and understandable form.

Brett owned a small family piano business before attending law school, an experience that has provided him with unique insight into the matters facing his employer clients. This allows him to understand important financial issues and how expense should be balanced with value to the client, as well as potential settlement considerations while maintaining the ability to present the strongest defense for his clients.
