Susan Blasik-Miller and Meredith Turner-Woolley Obtain Unanimous Defense Verdict in Favor of a Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Our client was on standby for a lead extraction procedure done by an electrophysiologist.  When the patient’s blood pressure dropped precipitously, our client immediately responded but was unable to save the man.

Plaintiff claimed medical negligence because our client never put him on cardiopulmonary bypass and made a $4 million demand.

The jury returned with a unanimous verdict in less than 20 minutes.
