CLEVELAND, OH –Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce that Brian P. Nally has been named Chair of our Commercial Litigation practice group.
Brian is a shareholder practicing out of Reminger’s Cleveland and Indianapolis offices. His national litigation practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, directors and officer’s liability, and employment law. He regularly represents clients in state and federal court, as well as arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitration and American Arbitration Association (AAA).
In addition to his role as Chair for Commercial Litigation, Brian serves as Chair for the firm’s eDiscovery practice group and Leader within the Securities Litigation practice group.
