Evan focuses his practice on all types of civil defense litigation including commercial, general liability, retail and hospitality, professional liability, and products liability. Evan also has experience representing clients in the financial services industry and represents clients in both state and federal court in the areas of creditors’ rights and consumer protection defense.
Evan received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he received a Corporate and Commercial Law Graduate Certificate and served on the Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition Board.
