Adam Fried, Chair of our Estates, Trusts, and Probate Litigation Practice Group, will discuss the protection of vulnerable adults while preserving their independence at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) 2022 Great Lakes Regional Meeting.
ACTEC is a professional organization of lawyers, fiduciary counsel, and law professors, peer-elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, expertise, and experience as trust and estate counselors. Adam was elected as a Fellow of ACTEC in 2015.
