Paul Shugar recently presented with Dr. William Schwab as part of University Hospital’s Medicine Grand Rounds. The presentation was entitled Competency: Medical and Legal Viewpoints. The presentation discussed how legal standards are applied to medical evaluations in cases involving testamentary capacity, undue influence, and guardianships.
