Kenneth L. Finley

Ken practices primarily in Reminger’s Lexington office. He has represented small to large corporations, as well as individuals, throughout Kentucky and Ohio in areas including complex business and commercial litigation, construction, and products liability.  He has also represented clients in various transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, fraud investigations, and compliance matters.

Ken is licensed in Kentucky and Ohio, where he has been successful at trial and on appeal.

In 2015, he was proud to accept an adjunct professor position at Eastern Kentucky University, where he teaches a night section of Legal and Ethical Environment of Business in the Department of Management, Marketing, and International Business.

Jennifer M. Jabroski

Jennifer practices in Reminger’s Fort Mitchell and Lexington offices. She focuses primarily in the areas of medical negligence, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, trucking and transportation litigation, and insurance matters. 

Jennifer brings with her considerable litigation experience, having worked for some of the most prominent civil defense firms in Central Kentucky. Jennifer has represented both professional and non-professional clients and has successfully defended a wide variety of cases to resolution.

Taylor Knight

Taylor is based out of Reminger’s Toledo office, where she focuses her legal practice in various areas, including medical malpractice, professional liability, oil, natural gas and energy, and D&O and employment practices. Since joining Reminger as a law clerk in 2010, she has gained experience in all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation and trial.

Danielle J. Lewis

Danielle defends business owners and employers facing claims of general liability, professional negligence, and employment negligence. She focuses her legal practice primarily in the areas of employment, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and professional liability defense.  She is also experienced in handling the defense of trucking liability, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and retail and hospitality matters.

Danielle represents clients at all levels of litigation and appeal in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations.  She leverages her attention to detail in the myriad services she provides her clients, including the conducting of depositions and the crafting of persuasive briefs.

Danielle started her legal career as a law clerk with Reminger. After joining another Louisville firm and focusing on long-term care defense, Danielle returned to Reminger in 2016.

Acacia Brush Perko

Acacia is based in Reminger’s Columbus office, focusing her legal practice on both litigation and transactional matters. On the litigation side, Acacia defends hospitals and physicians in numerous specialties as well as skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.  On the transactional side, Acacia focuses on distribution agreements, business, and intellectual property matters for craft breweries.  

Acacia has litigated cases in state and federal court throughout Ohio. She has experience handling all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and trial. Aside from her legal practice, Acacia serves as Co-Chair of Reminger's Women's Leadership Council, and is on the board of directors of Ohio’s first certified B-Corp. brewery, Commonhouse Ales.
