“The Estate and Trust Dispute Resource Center of Ohio” Provides Valuable Resources and Information for Those Seeking Insight into Probate Dispute Matters

CLEVELAND, OH – Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce the launch of our new microsite, “The Estate and Trust Dispute Resource Center of Ohio.” The site can be viewed by visiting the URL OhioEstateandTrustDispute.

This online resource provides users with a great deal of information as it pertains to probate, estate, and trust litigation matters. In addition, the landing page of this microsite features a blog with posts written by Reminger attorneys licensed in Ohio who focus their practice on this unique area of the law. Topics that will be addressed, but are not limited to, will include:

“The mission of The Estate and Trust Resource Center of Ohio is to help those individuals online who are seeking help when they don’t know where to turn,” said Adam Fried, a member of the firm’s Probate Litigation Practice Group. “Maybe they’ve been put in charge of an estate and they are being accused of mishandling it.  Or conversely, maybe they have reason to believe an estate of a relative is being handled improperly. This website might help provide some information that can be helpful in determining what steps that person could take next.”

New posts to the blog portion of the microsite will be added on a routine basis, and will supplement the firm’s efforts on social media as well.
