COLUMBUS, OH – Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce that Keona R. Padgett has been named to the Board of Directors for the Ashland University Alumni Association. She will serve a three-year term, acting as a liaison between the university's alumni and its trustees, administration, staff, faculty, and students by helping to develop alumni programs and assisting Ashland University in growing its academic, administrative, cultural, and extracurricular activities.

Keona attended Ashland University, graduating in 2007 magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science, Mathematics and Spanish.

Keona practices in Reminger’s Columbus office, where she focuses on a variety of areas, including medical malpractice, employment litigation, governmental liability, and general casualty. Keona originally joined Reminger as a law clerk and worked in a wide variety of practice groups.

While at Capital University Law School, Keona served on the Law Review Executive Board and as a Legal Intern in the law school’s Legal Clinic. She also competed as a member of the Capital University Law School Mock Trial team, which won second place at the regional competition in Cleveland. She now serves as an advisor to the Mock Trial team.
