Louisville, KY – Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce that Benjamin A. Bellamy has joined our Louisville office, where he works on a diverse caseload of litigation matters in federal and state courts. His areas of practice include Long Term Care Liability, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Appellate Advocacy, Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith, Trucking and Commercial Transportation and General Casualty/Excess and Surplus Lines.
Ben received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville. Immediately after law school, he worked for the Kentucky Division of Unemployment, where he conducted administrative hearings between employers and employees and issued decisions regarding employees’ rights to unemployment benefits. Most recently, Ben practiced at a mid-sized firm with offices in Louisville and Lexington, and handled cases related to personal injury defense, surety and fidelity bond defense, construction law and creditor and debtor rights.
Throughout his career, Ben has handled a number of complex litigation matters that have resulted in positive outcomes for his clients. Ben has also resolved numerous cases through mediation.
