Adam Fried:  Adam is a shareholder in the Trust, Estate & Probate Litigation Section of Reminger Co., LPA.  He represents clients in numerous types of probate disputes that challenge estate planning documents and transfers of wealth, including will contests, trust disputes, charges of undue influence and the fraudulent use of powers of attorney.  Adam seeks to defend the claims and enforce the rights of heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, guardians, family members and other aggrieved parties.

Adam is a nationally renowned lecturer on topics such as litigation strategies, pursuit and proof of undue influence and incompetence claims, and financial exploitation of the elderly. Adam has been invited to lecture to the American Academy of Forensic Psychiatrists and the Law. He has also lectured at the Pliskin Institute, Ohio's premier advanced estate planning institute. Adam has also joined the faculty of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law as an Adjunct Professor, where he teaches wills, trusts and estates. Adam has committed himself to the education of the community regarding the phenomena of financial exploitation and elder abuse. He has been appointed to the board of the Consortium Against Adult Abuse, a five-county task force charge with developing plans and strategies and education to help the community prevent against financial abuse of the elderly. He was also appointed by the Cuyahoga County Probate Court of the Cuyahoga County Steering Committee created for the purpose of developing strategies to coordinate services among a wide spectrum of professionals in an effort to prevent at-risk adults from falling through the cracks.

Adam is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and has been recognized multiple times by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star and as an Ohio Super Lawyer.

Frank Leonetti, III:  Frank joined Reminger Co., L.P.A. in 1982 after clerking with the firm while in law school. He has developed a varied litigation practice involving the defense of catastrophic injury cases. He is the Chairman of the Excess Surplus Lines Group and has been the leader of the firm's General Tort and Insurance Group for the past 20 years. Frank's defense specialties include the transportation industry, products liability, construction, professional liability, commercial premises liability and comprehensive general liability. He has trial experience in almost all state and federal courts in Ohio.

Frank works extensively with the insurance industry drafting specific Riders and Endorsements for insurance policies. He is a member of various professional bar associations. He is a featured speaker for legal education seminars to insurance and self-insured claims professionals throughout the United States.

Frank is rated BV Distinguished for 25 years (Very highly rated in both legal ability and ethical standards) by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review. Frank is also listed in Best Lawyers in America, and has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer for several years.

Clifford Masch: Prior to joining Reminger Co., L.P.A. in 1989, Cliff served as a judicial clerk to the Ohio Court of Claims and as a master commissioner at the Ohio Supreme Court for three years. Cliff primarily focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage litigation, appellate practice, professional liability and general liability. He practices in courts throughout the State of Ohio as well as representation of insurance clients in other states. Cliff has also argued in virtually every appellate district in the State of Ohio, the Ohio Supreme Court as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Cliff has repeatedly been a featured speaker on issues involving insurance coverage practice and litigation issues. He has been retained to act as an expert and arbitrator on insurance coverage issues. He has also authored numerous articles in the area of insurance coverage law. 

Cliff is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer since 2010, and has also been named a Top 100 Ohio Lawyer and a Top 50 Cleveland Lawyer by Ohio Super Lawyers. Magazine.

William Meadows:  For over twenty-five years, Bill has been dedicated to the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses and virtually every other category of health care provider. Throughout his career he has successfully defended hundreds of lawsuits, mostly involving claims of medical malpractice and hospital liability.

Bill is a frequent speaker on issues of Medical Malpractice and Risk Management. He also serves as Chairman of the Reminger Medical Malpractice Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Group.

Bill has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer since 2014, and has been named as a Top 100 Lawyer in Ohio and as a Top 50 Lawyer in Cleveland by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and has also been selected previously as a Lawyer of the Year: in 2013 for Medical Malpractice Defendants – Cleveland, and for 2011 – Legal Malpractice Law – Cleveland.
