Reminger Co., LPA is seeking an associate attorney in the Columbus office for its Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation practice group.

What We’re Looking for:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
- 0-4 years of experience as an attorney
- Prior experience with probate, estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, or real estate law preferred but not required
- Prior litigation experience preferred but not required
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and assist with probate litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
- Conduct legal research and prepare written memoranda
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy
- Handle estate administrations as the fiduciary or the attorney for fiduciary
- Draft estate planning documents
