The presentation will address the standards relevant to handling E-discovery, including when the duty to preserve is triggered, what is required to satisfy the duty to preserve, collection of ESI, and issues related to spoliation and sanctions. The presentation will also cover recent changes in federal law regarding proportionality and recent case law addressing ESI.
