There’s a quote by the late Thurgood Marshall where he says that none of us got to where we are solely by pulling ourselves up by our own bootstraps; that somewhere along the way, someone helped us pick up our boots. Whether it’s a client confronted with complex litigation or one faced with the nuances of detailed transactions, our role as attorneys is to assist clients in picking up their boots and getting them where they want to be.
Thomas is based in Reminger Co., LPA’s Cleveland office. He joined Reminger as a law clerk in 2019 and has honed his skills across several stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice. He focuses his practice on employment law and professional liability matters.
Thomas earned his law degree from The Ohio State University, where he was an associate editor of the Ohio State Business Law Journal. While at Ohio State, he interned with the Columbus City Attorney’s office and the legal department at Abercrombie and Fitch Co. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama. Prior to law school, Thomas served six years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
