Overview

Steven B. Lowery is a litigator who focuses his practice on complex tort matters. He has served as lead counsel in a wide array of disputes, including premises liability, professional liability, personal injury, products liability, property, construction liability, D&O liability defense, commercial transportation defense, and other challenging areas of civil litigation. Steven has further served as an appellate advocate on behalf of his clients.

Steven has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky and Indiana, and in appellate matters before the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. He has also practiced before several administrative agencies, to include the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Kentucky Labor Cabinet.

During law school, Steven served as an Articles Editor for Volume 57 of the University of Louisville Law Review, where he was also published in the Spring 2019 issue. He graduated magna cum laude, receiving two CALI awards for highest grade earned in his class.
