The law provides the tools with which I can apply creative strategies and solutions. I believe in hard work, attention to the details, and putting the client first.
Maggie is based in Reminger Co., LPA’s Cleveland office, where she is a member of the probate litigation practice group. In this capacity, Maggie provides representation in probate and trust disputes involving will contests, charges of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and other potential issues that can complicate the settling of an estate.
Prior to joining Reminger, Maggie worked at another regional law firm, serving as a member of a team of court-appointed counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS). In this role, Maggie honed her skills in document review and evidence preparation as part of an exceptional recovery effort involving hundreds of actions.
Maggie graduated cum laude in 2016 from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she was a member of the Women’s Law Student Association. While attending law school, Maggie worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Solomon J. Oliver, where she learned about the judiciary process first-hand at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
