John is based in Reminger's Sandusky office, John focuses his practice in the areas of Medicaid, Veteran's Benefits, Elder Law and Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administrations and Guardianships.
John has extensive experience in Medicaid, elder law and special needs planning; the preparation and administration of estate plans, including trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney and health care directives; the management and administration of guardianships and decedent's estates and the management and administration of trust estates.
Additionally, he is a frequent speaker on Medicaid, elder law planning and estate planning for the Ohio Bar Association, the Professional Systems Education Institute (PESI), as well as county probate and estate planning councils and civic groups throughout Northwest and Northeast Ohio.
