Evan is an associate attorney in Reminger’s Indianapolis office and concentrates his practice in all types of civil defense litigation including commercial, general liability, retail and hospitality, professional liability, and products liability.  Evan also has experience representing clients in the financial services industry and represents clients in both state and federal court in the areas of creditors’ rights and consumer protection defense.

Prior to joining Reminger, Evan gained extensive federal litigation experience serving as lead counsel for a “big three” national credit reporting agency in numerous district courts throughout the country.

Evan earned his juris doctorate degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he received a Corporate and Commercial Law Graduate Certificate and served on the Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition Board.  During law school, Evan also participated in the International Trademark Association’s Saul Lefkowitz National Moot Court Competition, presenting oral argument on issues in trademark and unfair competition law at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
