Bruce Fahey

Bruce is a shareholder in Reminger Co., LPA’s Akron office.  His extensive workers’ compensation background allows him to help employers to develop, implement and use cost-effective workers’ compensation management programs. 

He works with third-party administrators, state funded employers and self-insured employers in resolving problematic claims at the Industrial Commission and into the court, if necessary.  Bruce also assists employers in risk and premium disputes with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
